• Conversion does not apply to collections of models.
• On average, requests are processed and completed within 24 hours. It's important to be aware that support resources are limited during weekends and holidays.
• Materials in the previews may not precisely match the renders, and you might need to reapply textures in your 3d program.
• Rigging and animations may not be retained in certain converted files.
• Most of our models are designed for visualization projects and may not be suitable for 3D printing. It might not be possible to convert them for printable content. Model must be specified as Print Ready - YES
